Thank you for shopping with Locked with Luxe. We want you to love your pieces, but if something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help!
Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
If more than 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, we are unable to offer a refund.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Items must be in sellable condition with no signs of wear, makeup stains, deodorant marks, or damage.
Final Sale Items
The following items are non-returnable and final sale:
Swimwear
Intimates
Sale, clearance, and final-sale items (marked on product pages)
Return Shipping
A $6.95 flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund total to cover shipping and handling costs.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
A return shipping label will be provided upon return approval.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at lockedwithluxe@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Additional Notes
We offer free exchanges for store credit. Store credit never expires, and exchanges ship free.
Some items may ship from different fulfillment centers, but you will always be charged one shipping fee per order.
